RegretRadar is a pre-checkout reality check for people who love shopping online but do not love the clutter, financial anxiety, or buyer’s remorse that can follow.

Budgeting tools usually explain what happened after money is spent. We are building something preventive: a browser extension that adds a ten-second pause at the moment of temptation and asks whether future you will still want the item.

The goal is not to shame purchases or prescribe minimalism. It is to make mindful spending feel useful, personal, and even fun—with regret predictions, skipped-item streaks, and a monthly Regret Wrapped recap.
